The accommodation facilities can be hired independently from the venue. The café is also available for meals/drinks by arrangement.
Two of the three wings (Tukipo and Tukituki) have stunning cliff top views from the lounge, verandah and some of the bedrooms. The third wing is contained within the venue surrounded by landscaped courtyards.
Tukipo wing comprises:
- A number of twin/double/single bedrooms with a basin in each room (sleeps up to 38 people/wing)
- TV lounge/dining room. Mixture of easy couches/easy chairs and dining tables/chairs, and a kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, sink and fridges
- Lounge has access to the verandah with outside seating from which to admire the views
- Small self contained kitchen with 2 stoves, toaster, fridge, microwave etc.
- Bathrooms (generally across the corridor from the bedrooms) with 4 showers, 4 toilets and a bath per wing available and plenty of hot water.
The cost (to 31.12.20) is $45 per person per night for double/twin and $60 per person as a single room (bedding/towel included). These room prices assume bookings are booked on-line or handled by group hirer. Ad hoc bookings require more administrative time and a small booking fee may need to be added.
A minimum booking of 20 people is required per group.
Note: Vast quantities of hot water are heated via the large boiler which requires a warm up period.
Please Note:
For most events all bed linen and a towel are usually provided and beds are made up before arrival.
For the occasional event (eg Karate Camp) an arrangement may be made where guests may be asked to please bring towels, sleeping bag/duvet (pillows+cases and bottom sheets are provided).
We don't provide shampoos, shower gel etc.

- Tukipo Wing* -Self contained 19 bedroom unit with kitchen (1 triple + 18 dbl/twin)=39 people.
- Tukituki Wing* -A 19 bedroom unit (without full kitchen facilities) (1 triple + 18 D/Twn)=39 people.
- Maharakeke Wing* - Quite basic accommodation. (2 x triple + 16 D/Twn beds)= 38 people.

Wifi is available in many parts of the building, although NOT in all bedrooms.
