An elegant complex style of chardonnay with stonefruit and chalky notes on the nose leading to a distinctive mineral and sweet stonefruit palate expressing gentle acidity and a long finish.
The grapes were handpicked, crushed, pressed and the juice was cold settled before slow wild yeast fermentation in seasoned French barriques. The wine was aged in barrel for 10 months on lees.
